1. What Lil Nose is

Lil Nose is a virtual pet on your iPhone. You name a friend, take care of them, and they live on a clock even when the app is closed.

This is a game. The pets are not real animals. They can get hungry, dirty, sick, leave home, or reach the end of their story as part of play.

The app works on your device. You do not create an account with us.

2. Who can use it

You need an Apple device and, for purchases, an Apple ID.

If you are under 13, a parent or guardian should handle the Apple ID and any purchases. Lil Nose does not ask you to make a profile or give us an email.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Lil Nose for yourself.

You may not copy the app to sell it, rent it, or pretend it is yours. You may not try to break, scrape, or misuse the service around the app.

4. What stays on your phone

Pet names, breeds, game state, memories, and settings live on your iPhone. The Home Screen widget reads the same local data. That data is not a user account with us.

You can remove a friend in Settings. Deleting the app removes the local data from the phone (copies may remain in a device backup until that backup is gone).

5. Free and Premium

Without a subscription you can keep one friend. Two breeds are free: Corgi and Orange Tabby.

Premium unlocks the other breeds and a second friend in the home.

If Premium ends and you already have two friends, they both stay, including a Premium breed. You cannot add another friend or pick a locked breed again until Premium is active.

6. Subscriptions (required Apple notes)

Premium is sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store:

Prices are the ones Apple shows in the app and on the App Store. They can differ by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or with the manage button in Lil Nose after you subscribe. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restore Purchases reconnects a subscription (or a gifted lifetime unlock) already tied to your Apple ID.

Some people receive Premium through an Apple Offer Code. That is a one-time unlock, not a plan on the paywall. It gives the same Premium access.

There is no free trial in the app today. Apple's terms for In-App Purchases also apply.

7. Notifications and the widget

Local notifications remind you about your friend (hunger, sleep, dirt, illness, missing you, and similar). They are scheduled on your phone. We do not send remote push from a server.

You can turn pet-need alerts and health alerts off in Settings, or deny notifications in iOS Settings.

Health in Lil Nose is a game meter. It is not medical advice and not real health data.

The widget is optional. It only shows the pet that already lives on this iPhone.

8. Updates and availability

We may update the app. Sometimes the app checks a public file on the internet to see if this version should still run. If that check cannot be reached, the app keeps working.

We may change, pause, or stop features. We do not promise that a virtual pet will live forever or that every breed will stay free or paid in the same way.

9. Your responsibility

Use the app in a normal, lawful way. Do not interfere with other people's devices or Apple's store.

You are responsible for how you name your pet and for keeping your Apple ID safe.

10. No warranty

Lil Nose is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available, bug-free, or fit a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost game progress, a pet reaching the end of its story, or indirect or incidental damages. If a court still finds us liable, that amount is limited to what you paid us for Premium in the last 12 months (often zero, because Apple collected the payment).

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, only the limits the law allows apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The new text will have a new date. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the updated terms.
